We deliver within Lagos and across Nigeria. Delivery fees depend on your location. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. Contact us within [24/48 hours] of receiving your order if there is an issue with your purchase. Custom-made outfits and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom-made orders are produced according to the agreed design and measurements. Payment must be confirmed before production begins. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed through our approved payment channels.
